Which payment methods does SelfCAD support?

Currently, you can pay using Visa, MasterCard and American Express. More payment options will become available in the future.

I've forgotten my password. What do I do?

On the sign in page, select "Forgot my password", or go directly to the password reset page.

Can SelfCAD be used without an internet connection?

You will need an internet connection to load the application in the browser. Once SelfCAD has fully loaded, however, an internet connection is only needed to save files to the server, if that’s how you wish to save your files. You can continue to use the SelfCAD software while offline. Alternatively, you can save files to your computer, but you will still need an internet connection to initially load the software.

What happens if the price increases after I have purchased my license?

Your plan will be not affected by the price increase.

I paid for a subscription but cannot access the editor. What should I do?

We are very sorry for this inconvenience. Please try refreshing your page after a couple of minutes, sometimes subscriptions take longer to process. If you still cannot access the editor, please email us at support@selfcad.com or report the issue through the site.

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your SelfCAD subscription at any time. However, SelfCAD does not offer refunds.

How can I delete my account?

Currently, the only way you can delete your account is by writing to support@selfcad.com or messaging us on Facebook.  It's important to remember you don't have to delete your account: You can let your premium trial expire, cancel your subscription and remove saved credit cards and you can still use SelfCAD for free. 

I accidentally canceled my free trial. Can I renew it?

Even if you accidentally canceled your free trial, you will still have access to the SelfCAD editor for the remainder of the free trial period that you originally signed up for.
