FibreSeeker 3: What You Need to Know

FibreSeek have announced the upcoming Kickstarter launch of the FibreSeeker 3, the first consumer continuous fiber 3D printer that combines industrial-grade strength, precision, and speed in a compact, affordable desktop machine. Delivering tensile strength up to 900MPa, print speeds up to 500mm/s, and a 300×300×245mm build volume, the FibreSeeker 3 brings metal-like performance to makers, engineers, and innovators - all at an accessible price of just $2,699. The launch of FibreSeek3 is marking a new era where factory-grade composite 3D printing finally becomes personal, portable, and affordable.

Not just printing - Evolving!

From Industrial to Personal: A Revolution in Strength

Once limited to $30,000 industrial machines, continuous fiber 3D printing is now accessible to everyone. Using FibreSeek’s patented Composite Fiber Coextrusion (CFC) technology, the FibreSeeker 3 embeds continuous carbon or glass fiber strands directly into melted thermoplastic during printing - creating reinforced structures up to twice as strong as aluminum (6061) and half the weight.

Each layer is strengthened by full-length fiber placement, delivering metal-grade parts capable of withstanding over 9,000 kg of force per cm²- ideal for aerospace, robotics, automotive, and advanced prototyping applications.

“FibreSeeker 3 transforms what used to be factory-only technology into something anyone can use,” said a FibreSeek founder. “It’s industrial power, in personal form.”

One Machine. Three Modes. Infinite Possibilities.

FibreSeeker 3’s patented dual-nozzle design powers three intuitive, color-coded printing modes - giving users full control over speed, strength, and fiber density:

  • High-Speed Mode (FFF) - Pure thermoplastic printing up to 500mm/s for fast prototyping, smooth finishes, and decorative prints.
  • High-Strength Mode (Hybrid) - Combines plastic + fiber reinforcement for robust, lightweight parts with up to 50% fiber content - perfect for functional prototypes and robotics.
  • Hyper-Strength Mode (Full Fiber) - Prints with continuous fiber only, achieving the highest fiber volume ratio and 7* the stength of standard plastic - ideal for heavy-duty or structural parts.
